Job Description

The company business is ISO Certification Services for Business Organisations The candidates need to have own computer for data searching and smart phone with alternate sim for making calls The working hours are 9.30 am to 6 pm ; Monday to Saturday The candidate needs to fix appointments 10 per day x 25 days = 250 appointments per month The training and script will be provided to make calls and generate leads. Daily Training at 5.30 pm to 6 pm to discuss work done today and next day plan 10% on sales collections shall be paid on weekly basis on Tuesdays for the collections during previous week Monthly professional fees for the month shall be paid on 10th of every month (minus leaves) as per the performance For fixing 100 meetings Rs 12,000 For fixing 250 meetings Rs 25,000 Average Rs 100 per meeting (meeting means when senior calls from office to discuss, the client should discuss) Strong Communication Skills in English or Hindi is MUST
