Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Sales (Full-Time, On-Site) Company: iKore Pilates Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-Site Only) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Job Summary Are you confident, talkative, and passionate about sales? iKore Pilates is hiring a Telecaller for Outbound Sales to join our growing team in Pune. This role involves making 100–150 daily outbound calls , engaging with leads, and booking sales appointments for our fitness and wellness services. If you’ve worked in telesales, BPO, customer service, wellness sales, or telemarketing , we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to potential leads and follow structured sales scripts Convert inquiries into appointments or paid trials Share information via WhatsApp, SMS, or email Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs Achieve daily and weekly sales targets Coordinate with the studio and sales team for lead conversion Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales Strong communication in English + Hindi/Marathi Ability to handle pressure, objections, and meet targets Freshers with excellent spoken skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged Familiarity with CRM systems or Excel is a bonus What We Offer Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month Incentives for conversions : ₹300–₹500 per sale Full training provided Supportive and energetic work environment Career growth to Sales Executive or Studio Sales roles Job Details Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: In-person at our Pune Studio Apply Now Upload your resume on Indeed or call us at [Insert Contact Number].
