Must have good communication skills Must have experienced in tele calling (plus point) Proven experience in counseling, guidance for Education sector (especially UPSC) Freshers can also apply Languages known Hindi, English Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases. Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls. Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement. Converting inquiries into admissions. Listening to student's concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way. Will be responsible for making calls on given data and regular follow-ups on leads assigned. Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of counseling experience in an educational or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
