Networkz Systems is a leading IT training institute offering industry-focused technical courses. We are looking for a part-time Telecaller who can assist in student enquiries and lead follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential students and explain available IT courses.
* Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
* Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
* Maintain call logs, enquiry sheets, and daily reporting.
* Provide accurate information and deliver a positive customer experience.
