About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Multilingual Telecaller to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will engage with parents and prospective students, providing information about our school programs while supporting admission and outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to school admissions and marketing inquiries.
• Communicate fluently in Hindi, Kannada, and English to assist parents from diverse backgrounds.
• Share detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and online inquiries.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update admission records, and coordinate with the admissions team.
• Support marketing initiatives through telecalling for events, open houses, and outreach drives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, school admissions, or educational marketing is preferred (freshers may also apply).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Salary: Rs. 25000/-
Work Location: Chennai (Bollineni Hillside/Perungudi)
