Telecaller Experience : 0-2 years Education : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred Job Type : Full-Time Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers Provide information about products/services Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly Handle customer queries with professionalism Enter and update data accurately in the system Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements : Good communication skills in English Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
