Telecaller – Consultation Booking Company: LSO Legal Private Limited Location: Bhopal, MP (On-site) Work timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Sat) • Immediate joiners preferred About the roleWe’re looking for persuasive, empathetic Telecallers who can handle inbound leads and do outbound follow-ups to book paid legal consultations (name change, court matters, documentation etc.), explain services in simple language, and update CRM. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & outbound calling on fresh and follow-up leads; 80–120 calls/day Explain LSO Legal’s services (Hindi/English), resolve basic queries, and book consultations / demos Lead qualification (need, budget, urgency), objection handling & regular follow-ups (calls/WhatsApp) Share document checklists and payment links; coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding Maintain CRM/MIS (status, next action date, remarks); daily & weekly reporting Achieve targets: consultation bookings, show-ups, conversions, and revenue Maintain quality metrics: AHT, call etiquette, CSAT; adhere to process & compliance Must-have Skills Outbound Calling, Inbound Calling, Telesales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Objection Handling, Follow Ups, Appointment Setting, Closing Skills, Upselling, Cross Selling, CRM Tools, Customer Support, Hindi Fluency, English Fluency Good to haveWhatsApp Business, Email writing basics, MS Excel (basic) , MS Word Experience in legal services / education / health / BFSI telesales Regional language (e.g., Marathi/Gujarati/Bengali) is a plus Qualification & Experience12th pass/Graduate; 0–2 years telesales/customer support (freshers with strong comms welcome) CompensationFixed CTC (as per industry) + attractive performance incentives on bookings & conversions Why LSO LegalStructured training on product & scripts Transparent incentives, fast growth for top performers English/Hindi Typing (Must).
