The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English , and experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to promote internet plans & services. Explain pricing, features, and offers clearly to customers. Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions. Follow up on leads & convert them into sales. Maintain accurate customer data & call records. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales ( ISP/Telecom preferred ). Fluency in English (Additional regional languages are a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills . Basic knowledge of broadband & internet services.
