Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in the Events Services industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating sales leads in the European and US market. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position is a good communicator with excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive personality. You should be capable of building rapport with potential customers and have a strong sales-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and have a good understanding of the Events Services industry. Responsibilities Contact potential clients by phone to promote our services and events Generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities to close deals Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made and sales achieved Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections or conflicts effectively Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to offer new services to clients Requirements Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role in international market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong phone etiquette and persuasive ability Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients Good understanding of the Events Services industry Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus Shift timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Working Days: Alternate Saturday off
