Job Title: Telecaller & Client Handling Executive Company: BOTFIT – Event Management Company Location: Sector 60, Gurugram (On-site) Employment Type: Internship Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory Preference: Candidates from Gurugram or nearby areas preferred About BOTFIT: BOTFIT is a fast-growing and creative event management company known for delivering engaging and memorable brand experiences. As part of our customer experience team, we are looking for a passionate and well-spoken Telecaller & Client Handling Executive to connect with clients, understand their needs, and ensure a seamless event experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries Explain event services, offerings, and BOTFIT's value proposition clearly Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to ensure closure Coordinate with internal teams to relay client requirements and ensure smooth execution Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM Handle queries, feedback, and client concerns with professionalism Support on-ground teams during events (when required on weekends) Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in speaking Hindi and English fluently Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace tools Strong organizational and coordination abilities Polite, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Ability to handle pressure and multitask Must be available on weekends as required by events and client interactions Preferably residing in or near Gurugram Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,657.89 - ₹12,163.60 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person
