Job Profile: Telecaller – Sales (Female) Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Candidates residing nearby preferred) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and articulate Female Telecaller – Sales with a background in B.Sc. (Biomedical) or related life sciences to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to understand pharmaceutical or medical terminology and confidently engage in backend sales activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients. Explain products and services using a basic understanding of pharma/biomedical terminology. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions. Identify sales opportunities and convert them into business. Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Requirements: Education: B.Sc. (Biomedical) or equivalent background in life sciences. Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English comprehension and spoken ability required. Confident, persuasive, and self-driven. Prior experience in tele calling/sales/business development is a plus. Must be comfortable working in a backend sales role (non-field). Should be residing in or around Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
