Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Persuasive and confident attitude to drive sales and conversions. Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally while maintaining a positive approach. Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools for better lead management. Basic computer skills for data entry, record-keeping, and database management. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple calls efficiently. Note : Married women receive more preference.
