Only Female candidate require Full job description Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Follow up on leads and maintain call records. Answer incoming calls and address customer queries. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details. Calling to encourage the purchase/Service of items. Noting important details of each conversation. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets. Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth operations.
