Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller to join our growing interior design team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our interior design services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our design packages, materials, and ongoing offers. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into appointments or sales. Coordinate with the design and sales teams to schedule client meetings. Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive brand image in all communications. --- Requirements: Only female candidates preferred. Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (any two languages). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate/interior industry is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Positive attitude, convincing skills, and self-motivation. --- Perks & Benefits: Attractive salary with incentives.
