Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services. 3. Explain the advantages and features of the service being sold to stimulate the customer's interest. 4. Answer customers' questions pertaining to the service being offered. 5. Advise customers on variables and options to assist them in making a decision. 6. Explain products or services and prices. 7. Compute an estimate or final cost of sale and present information to the customer. 8. Schedule appointments for sales representatives. 9.
