Telecaller Executive

As a Telemarketing Executive or Customer Service Representative, your role involves interacting with customers via both inbound and outbound phone calls. Your primary responsibilities include promoting products or services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to contribute to sales, customer service, and lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. - Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. - Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. - Providing customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system. - Effectively communicating product/service information, handling objections, and building rapport with customers. Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation. - Ability to persuade customers and close sales deals. - Proficiency in handling diverse customer personalities, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent service. - Capacity to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with clients. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
