About Us:

ipshopy.com is an innovative eCommerce multi-seller platform that helps businesses and individuals sell their products online with ease. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecaller Executives to join our growing team and contribute to seller onboarding, customer support, and dealer coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and dealers for onboarding on ipshopy.com.
• Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to registered sellers and customers.
• Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer and seller databases using Excel/CRM tools.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for field visit scheduling and updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers, customers and partners.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and onboarding targets.

Requirements:

• Only Female Candidates can apply.
• Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BCA, BCS, BBA, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Freshers and candidates with telecalling or sales experience are welcome.
