Job Title Telecaller Cum Computer Operator Location Geelan fabrics (warehouse) 5th Floor AS TOWER, Diwan Dewdi, Madina Circle Hyderabad-2 Work Time Monday to Saturday 11:45 am to 10:15 pm Interview Walk in at our Warehouse Salary 12k to 20k Experience Minimum 1 yr Role Summary .Generate bills/invoices for online orders using the billing system. .Handle payment processing (cash,UPI, etc) and issue receipts. .Maintain daily sales registers and reconcile billed amounts with cash/card/UPI collections. .Address billing discrepancies, customer queries related to billing. .Oversee the packaging of garments/orders: ensure correct product, size, quantity, quality, packaging materials used. .Coordinate with dispatch/ courier team to schedule shipments, labeling, pickup, documentation. .Maintain dispatch logs, track shipments, update status in system (or Excel/ERP) and follow up on any issues (delays, damages, returns). .Ensure stock/packing material availability and escalate when low. .Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp or phone: order status, billing questions, product availability, returns/exchanges. .Maintain customer contact records and chat logs for follow-up and service improvement. Qualifications & Skills .12th pass .Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, billing/POS software, WhatsApp/phone). .Good communication skills (verbal and written) – comfortable speaking to customers on phone/WhatsApp. .Ability to work under pressure (e.g., end-of-day billing/last-minute dispatches) and meet deadlines.
