Telecaller

As a Telecaller at ConserveCap Climate Tech, your role will involve handling outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential clients and existing customers. You will be responsible for sharing information about our services and addressing inquiries in a professional manner. Lead generation, maintaining detailed client records, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve outreach goals are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with potential clients and existing customers. - Share information about ConserveCap's services and address inquiries professionally. - Generate leads and maintain accurate client interaction records. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve outreach goals. - Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently to meet targets. - Utilize basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
