Job Description

1. Telecaller – Banking RecoveryResponsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments (loans/credit cards). Explain repayment options and negotiate settlements as per bank policies. Record call details, payment commitments, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with bank’s recovery and customer service guidelines. Prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with management. Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and regional languages. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
