Job Description

Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with patients, scheduling appointments, and providing information about the dental services offered at Advance Dental Hospital. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to remind them of appointments and promote services. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, and clinic timings. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per patient requests. Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system. Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback and further appointments. Explain available dental treatments and offers in a clear and polite manner. Maintain a daily call log and report to the supervisor. Coordinate with the front desk and clinical staff for smooth patient management. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient data and interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; a degree or diploma is preferred. Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language. Polite, confident, and patient-oriented. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with clinic management software.
