We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team and help us expand our services. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our physiotherapy services. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through calls and follow-ups with potential customers. Customer Education: Educate potential clients about the benefits of physiotherapy and how our services can improve their health and wellness. Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for consultations and follow up with clients to ensure they attend their appointments. CRM Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our physiotherapy team to ensure clients needs are met and provide feedback on client concerns. Qualifications: Experience: Previous 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role (preferably in the healthcare or physiotherapy sector). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner. Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve set sales goals. Empathy & Listening: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people and understand their needs. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and basic office programs (Excel, Word). Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
