Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists. Pitch products/services effectively, address customer inquiries, and generate interest. Convert prospects into sales or qualified leads. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to close sales or nurture leads. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support and lead generation. Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (eg, Salesforce, Zoho). Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player. bachelors degree in business or related field is a plus.
