Tele Sales / Internal Sales

As a candidate for this role, you should possess a strong background in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics. Your ability to manage customer communication professionally and efficiently will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all allocated key accounts and ensure prompt communication and service delivery. - Handle incoming enquiries from clients and the sales team, ensuring timely response. - Prepare costing and quotations in coordination with the pricing and operations teams. - Liaise with clients and vendors for shipment planning, execution, and updates. - Support the sales team in end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation. - Maintain updated records of quotations, shipments, and correspondence. - Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational and service excellence. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services. Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics. - Strong understanding of freight operations, documentation, and pricing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with freight management systems. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - DG (Dangerous Goods) certification is an added advantage. - Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.,
