Job Description

Sales Good Communication and 10% Incentive on Order closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Conduct product demonstrations, explain services, and answer customer queries to effectively promote products/services. Develop and maintain a database of leads, track progress, and follow up with potential customers regularly. Qualify leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Work with the sales team to align strategies, share feedback, and improve sales tactics. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies. Stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitors to effectively position the companys offerings.
