Tele-Sales Executive - Demat Account Acquisition Role & Responsibilities: Drive digital client acquisition for Demat accounts through LMS, utilizing provided leads. Guide clients to download the mobile application and assist them in completing the KYC process. Engage with potential clients over the phone, explain the benefits of Demat accounts, and provide support as needed. Preferred Candidate Profile: Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Basic understanding of the stock market, Demat accounts, Nifty, etc. Good to average proficiency in spoken English and conversational skills. Smart, confident, and presentable. Minimum qualification:Graduate. Previous experience in Outbound Sales or BPO Sales is a plus. Age: 20 to 29 years. Job Details: Work Schedule: 6 working days Wednesday week off, Fixed Shift (9 AM to 6 PM) Salary Range: 17,000 to 35,000 (based on previous experience and interview performance) + Incentives (3,000 to 70,000) Training: 3-day training program.
