Generate and qualify leads through cold calling Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them Conduct sales presentations over the phone Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend a suitable solution Coordinate with the sales team to set up sales opportunities Build and maintain a well-informed customer database for future sales
