Job Description

Role & responsibilities Outbound Calling: Conduct proactive outreach calls to existing sellers, encouraging increased usage of Shiprockets services. Seller Engagement: Regularly communicate new offers, discounts, promotional campaigns, and service updates to sellers. Needs Assessment: Understand sellers' shipment patterns, business requirements, and pain points to provide tailored recommendations and solutions. Retention Strategies: Develop and execute retention strategies aimed at maintaining and increasing seller activity. Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed defined KPIs related to seller retention, shipment growth, and upselling objectives. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, serving as their primary contact for retention-related support. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure unified and seamless seller experiences. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of seller interactions in CRM tools and other databases. Issue Resolution: Promptly address seller concerns, queries, or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure seller satisfaction. Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and features to enhance seller engagement. Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales and Persuasion: Proven ability to persuade sellers and influence behaviour positively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and empathy to maintain seller loyalty. Negotiation Skills: Capable of effectively negotiating and resolving potential seller issues. Customer Orientation: Commitment to delivering exceptional service to sellers. Industry Understanding: Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce operations. Technical Proficiency: Competent in using CRM systems and digital tools for managing seller data and interactions. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage a high volume of outbound interactions. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze seller data to identify growth and retention opportunities. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on target achievement.
