Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our home & hotel furniture products
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right furniture solutions
Convert inquiries into sales through strong communication and convincing skills
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion
Maintain call log and share daily reports
Coordinate with the sales & showroom team for order processing
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business

Preferred candidate profile

15 years of experience in
Telesales / Inside Sales
Experience in
Furniture, Retail, Interiors, or Building Material
industry preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections and close deals
Basic computer knowledge (Excel,WhatsApp Business)
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated individuals
