Job Brief Sales Executive

What Does a Sales Representative Do?

Responsibilities

Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions effectively.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor activities.
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
Maintain and grow your prospect database within the assigned territory.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum
1 year of telecalling sales experience
—experience with technical products is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Good understanding of
CRM systems
and sales tools.
Strong listening, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently.
