Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Telecaller - Operations. Daily responsibilities include engaging with residents, society admins, or guards to collect data and resolve queries, addressing customer issues related to operational services, maintaining accurate call logs, and managing follow-ups. The selected candidate will ensure effective communication and support for smooth operations while providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide active operational support over calls
• Basic understanding of administrative processes and data collection
• Multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems, call management software, and basic computer applications
• Relevant experience or education in telecalling, customer service, or operations preferred
• Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and adaptability
