Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Management:

Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming leads from various channels.

Initiate timely follow-ups to move leads through the sales pipeline.

Guide leads through the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of myHQ's offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.

Sales Process & Client Management:

Utilise a consultative sales approach to align our solutions with the identified needs of leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a positive experience.

Provide ongoing support to leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our virtual office solutions.

Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progression in the CRM.

Analyse data to optimise the lead nurturing and conversion process.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve the overall lead management process.

Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

 1-4 years proven work experience in inside sales via lead management and conversion

Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge 

Self-motivated with a result driven approach 

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferably, good knowledge and experience working on a CRM

Humble, hard working and enthusiasm to make an impact

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering or any other field is prefe
