Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Communication & Telecalling

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients interested in solar installation and financing.
  • Provide detailed information about solar loan schemes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and benefits.
  • Follow up regularly with customers to ensure smooth progression of loan applications and solar installation processes.
  • Maintain strong communication and build trust with clients through timely updates and professional interactions.

Loan Application & File Processing

  • Collect, verify, and upload client documents required for solar loan applications.
  • Prepare and complete loan files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and financial institution requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to track loan status, approvals, and disbursements.
  • Resolve discrepancies in documentation and assist clients in completing pending requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure secure handling of client data.

Computer Operation & Documentation

  • Enter client details, application data, and follow-up records into company software, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
  • Generate reports related to loan status, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and related documents required for the loan and installation process.

Social Media & Online Presence Management

  • Manage the companys social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.
  • Upload posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with leads through digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote solar products, government schemes, and company services online.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated knowledge of solar products, government subsidies, and financing schemes.
  • Support the sales team with communication, lead tracking, and customer handling.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Contribute positively to the company’s image and customer satisfaction.
