The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through cold calling and managing leads generated from our digital marketing efforts. This role involves promoting Qleads unique capabilities to potential clients, demonstrating how our AI-driven lead generation service can significantly enhance their sales performance. Responsibilities : - Perform outbound cold calling to potential clients, introducing them to the Qlead service and its benefits. - Handle incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. - Maintain and update customer information in the database. - Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets. - Provide insights to the marketing team on lead quality and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. - Attend regular training and team meetings to stay updated on product developments and sales techniques. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Tele sales executive or a similar sales/customer onboarding role. - Proficient in English and Hindi; effective communication skills; additional regional language skills are a plus. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. - High school diploma; further education in marketing or a related field is preferred. - Comfortable with working in a target-driven environment.
