We're now expanding our team and seeking an energetic, goal-driven Tele-Sales Executive to be part of our dynamic admissions team. Role Overview: The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining our educational programs, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective sales communication. This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about guiding students toward their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Tele-Sales: Make outbound calls to potential leads from our CRM system. Present and promote AIMER Business School’s programs over the phone. Generate interest and qualify leads by assessing their eligibility and interest levels. 2. Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up with inquiries and nurture leads through consistent communication. Convert qualified leads into admissions by presenting the value and benefits of the programs. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. 3. Data Management: Accurately update and maintain lead information in the CRM. Track call outcomes, follow-up schedules, and conversion status. 4. Reporting & Coordination: Provide daily/weekly performance reports to the supervisor. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of outbound calls made per day. Lead engagement and follow-up effectiveness. Conversion rate from inquiry to admission. Achievement of sales and admission targets. Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Experience: 1-2 years in tele-sales, customer service, or call center roles (education sector preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills. Target-driven with a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are a plus. Why Join AIMER Business School?
