Inside Sales Associate (English & Hindi) Call Center Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Experience: 6 months to 3 years Qualification: 12th Pass and above Languages: English and Hindi (Mandatory) Job Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls: Handle both inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries and promoting products/services. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information to customers. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and closing deals. CRM Management: Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Required Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th-grade pass; higher qualifications are a plus. Experience: 6 months to 3 years in a sales or call center environment, preferably in inside sales or telesales. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
