Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound calls, schedule client appointments, and drive business closures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a good understanding of financial products like deposits and loans. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Explain various financial products including fixed deposits, recurring deposits, personal loans, business loans, and more. Generate interest and schedule appointments for face-to-face or virtual meetings. Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion and closure of deals. Maintain a proper record of calls, leads, appointments, and conversions. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with field sales team and update them about scheduled appointments. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly. Keep up-to-date with financial products, features, and market trends.
