As a Tele Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments. Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database. Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits and features. Engage in meaningful conversations to build rapport with customers and address their queries. Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitors. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
