Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our construction company. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and providing information about our construction services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for construction projects. Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and databases. Client Communication: Provide detailed information about the companys construction services, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Answer client queries regarding project timelines, costs, materials, and other related details. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements and persuade them to avail of the company’s services. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team or project managers with potential clients. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospective and existing clients. Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities. Address client concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve promotional strategies.
