Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales. Prepare brochures explaining company offerings and benefits. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer queries via phone or email. Meet daily/weekly targets set by management. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or related field (freshers welcome). B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; Science background should be preferable. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively during cold calls. Proficiency in D2C sales agent software for lead generation and tracking.
