Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, targeting individuals or businesses interested in real estate investments, properties for sale or rent, and other related services.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers by providing information about available properties and services, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
Data Collection:
Accurately record customer details, preferences, and inquiries in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for follow-up and tracking purposes.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for property viewings, consultations with sales executives, or meetings with senior management.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team by qualifying leads, passing on high-potential prospects, and assisting in the conversion of leads into actual sales.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with leads from previous calls or campaigns, keeping potential clients engaged and ensuring that they remain interested in our real estate offerings.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property listings, and industry developments to provide accurate information to potential clients.
