Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Hindi, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about sales and customer service. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting services or products, and driving sales through phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to the company’s products or services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and generate interest. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service. Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls as required. Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions. Follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns or sales teams. Ensure all customer details and information are updated in the database. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken). Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Good listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with CRM software and basic office tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections professionally. Female candidates only.
