We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Tele Counselor to provide guidance and counseling to prospective students/customers over the phone. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining services or courses, and converting leads into enrollments or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students/customers to provide information about courses/services. Counsel and guide them on career choices or product benefits. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and ensure conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments/sales. Stay updated with course details, admission procedures, and industry trends. Handle objections and queries in a professional manner. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any field (preferred in Education, Sales, or Psychology). Experience: 0-3 years in tele counseling, sales, or customer service. Skills: Excellent communication & persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and guide customers effectively. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred: Experience in the education, training, or healthcare sector.
