Tele Counselor

Tele Sales Counselor is vital role in reaching out to potential customers over the phone and guiding them through products, services, or solutions offered by a company. This role involves a combination of sales and customer service skills.

• Provide telephonic counseling: Offer support, advice, and guidance to clients via phone calls.
• Understand client needs: Listen to clients' concerns and actively understand their situations to offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions, issues, and follow-ups.
• Follow up: Contact clients as needed to ensure their ongoing well-being and progress.
• Collaborate with a team: Work with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Handle sensitive situations: Manage emergencies and refer clients to appropriate services when necessary.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines: Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional and ethical standards.
• Provide information: Inform clients about products, services, or programs, depending on the industry.
