Roles & Responsibilities

• Offer information and advice based on the client’s needs (educational courses, career options, therapy, etc.).
• Help individuals make informed decisions.
• Understand and analyze the client’s concerns or aspirations
• Make outbound calls or attend inbound queries via phone or online platforms.
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments, registrations, or sales.
• Follow up with prospective leads regularly.
• Initiate calls to potential clients or respond to incoming queries.
• Understand their requirements through active listening.
• Explain services, programs, or solutions clearly.
• Track leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Re-engage dropped or cold leads as needed.
• Coordinate with the sales, admissions, or operations teams.
• Share feedback and insights to improve offerings.
• Address objections or concerns raised by clients.
• Provide alternatives or escalate issues when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly goals (enrollments, calls, conversions, etc.).
• Handle personal data and information with discretion and as per data protection policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Active listening and empathy
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
• Patience and stress management
• Bachelor’s degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: ₹11,705.28 - ₹36,247.86 per month
