Responsible for increasing student enrollments and retention of students in the school. The position provides guidance to prospective parents on appropriate curriculum selection for their ward.
1.Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
2.Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information about products, services, or programs.
3.Counsel and guide parents to help them make informed decisions.
4.Support the Relationship Executive Cell in admission conversions and achieving enrollment targets.
5.Provide details of the board structure and the integrated curriculum offered by the school
6.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversions, or enrollments.
7.Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team to ensure a smooth process.
8.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
1.Bachelors degree in any discipline
5.Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
6.Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
