Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh Position: Telecaller cum Counsellor Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students and parents over calls, providing information on courses and programs Counsel students on exam preparation strategies and guide them through the enrollment process Address queries, concerns, and follow up on potential leads Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding Ideal Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and counsel students effectively Experience in telecalling or counseling roles is a plus (freshers are welcome) Why Work With Us?
