Location: Kochi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15K-40K

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Tele Coordinator to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and familiarity with documentation processes. This role involves coordinating tele-calling activities, supporting documentation, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and promote company services or products.
  • Identify potential client needs and provide relevant information or guidance.
  • Follow up on inquiries or previous conversations to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

2. Documentation Support:

  • Assist clients in completing required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Verify documents for completeness and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and back-office) to ensure smooth processing of documents.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, calls, and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Address client queries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide updates to clients about the status of their applications or documentation.

4. Coordination & Follow-ups:

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to track leads and pipeline progress.
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for sales teams based on client availability.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks, documents, or customer requests.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all tele-calling and documentation activities comply with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all communication and record-keeping.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Born and brought up in North India (Preferred)
  • Telecalling experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus
  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Skills:

  • Fluent in Hindi communication (verbal & written)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette with persuasive and confident communication
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
  • Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and CRM systems
