As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and securing payment arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality. Responsibilities Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts. Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with customers. Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status. Assess customers' financial situations and offer solutions for payment. Follow up on payment commitments to ensure timely collections. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases. Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as collection laws and regulations. Qualifications plus two or degree Proven experience in a collections or customer service role. Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of accounting or financial principles. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information.
