Company: Hagnosoft Technologies Location: Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities : Handle domestic calls from customers to collect payments for various financial products. Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and quality metrics. Job Requirements : 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (preferably in banking industry). Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in domestic calling processes and procedures. Basic knowledge of finance concepts and financial products.
